Pets are also not allowed. It is important to point out that the drivers who drive the tuk-tuks are assistant tour guides, not tour guides.

Price, duration and payment policy

The price and duration of the service is reflected in web rates at the time of contracting the service and is established according to the General Tariff in force (with regard to services, taxes and fees).
The mere reservation of the service shall not be considered as entitlement to the use of the service. The service will be considered contracted once the customer has made the payment of the same through any of the means made available to him.
The Client undertakes to be ready to start the service on the date and time scheduled and at the agreed place. In case of delay the contracted activity will be reduced according to the time lost, which may cause a change in the route and duration of the contracted service. The activity will be considered cancelled if the delay is more than 15 minutes and, in this case, there will be no refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation and refund policy

If the cancellation of the contracted service is made with a notice of more than 24 hours, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. The aforementioned company is exempt from liability for any theft that may be suffered by a third party during the tour.
I exempt the service provider from liability in the event that the driver is forced to reduce or make a trip of less duration than the contracted, due to circumstances beyond his/her control, such as unpunctuality or bad behavior of all / some of the passengers (clause also applicable in the event that the service is contracted by different groups).
I am aware of and take responsibility for the fall of any object, personal or not (cell phones, cameras, video cameras, etc.) from the vehicle, whether the vehicle is in motion or stopped / parked.
I exempt the aforementioned company from liability for any breakage or damage that may occur to any object, personal or otherwise (cell phones, cameras, video cameras, etc.), as a result of it falling from the vehicle because it has been handed over to the company’s personnel for taking photographs, videos, etc.

That in the event of any doubt or misunderstanding as to the terms of the contract and in the absence of proof to the contrary, the parties shall adhere exclusively to what is stipulated in writing.
That in case of cancellation and / or reduction of the total duration of the activity for reasons beyond the control of the entity providing the service, it will not make any refund of the money paid on account.
